pTet-rbs-SsrB

SsrB is autoregulated and activates expression of SPI-2 and SPI-2 co-regulated genes in response to an unknown signal(s). The preliminary data in our lab shows that the activation this regulator depends on the presence of SsrB protein without SsrA on the chromosome of E. coli and salmonella (single copy). However, when we use this prosseA based on the plasmid (not single copy) it can trigger high gene expression level.The backbone of this biobrick is based on BBa_J61003.SsrB lies between XbaI and SpeI cutting sites.This part does not pose any biological threat.
